All items featured on the website will be shipped in aprox. 10 – 12 working days. Special orders or custom manufactured items will be delivered and shipped based on respective production timeframes. If you have an urgent request, function or event date, please contact our customer service department. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.

All orders ship UPS ground unless otherwise specified.

We endeavor to keep inventory levels updated. Should a shortage occur, you will be notified by phone or fax.
